Bomas of Kenya
The Government of Kenya started Bomas of Kenya in 1971 as wholly owned subsidiary of the Kenya Tourist Development Cooperation (KTDC). It was established to preserve, Maintain and Promote the rich diverse cultural values of various ethnic groups of Kenya and to act as a tourist attraction centre thus Bomas of Kenya preserves the authenticity of the Kenya’s Cultural values and portrays them in the purest form. Bomas of Kenya has capacity and flexibility to host almost any type of function and comfortably cater for up to 2,500 guests. It is an excellent out of town location perfect for holding a wide array of events including end of year functions, annual general meetings, exhibitions, wedding receptions, award ceremonies (local & international), cultural nights, team building activities and conferencing. There is a modern children’s playground.
